You could even cut open a seam on the tops of the sleeves, and do the same effect that's on the sides, show off the shoulders and tighter fitting up top. Just gotta use your pins again 👍

Finding such a beautiful pair of real leather pants in a charity shop seems almost too good to be true! But of course eBay and Etsy are great places for thrifted second hand pairs at a more affordable price and it would be good if more of the Millennial and Gen Z generations would be aware of that, hopefully these are encouraging signs.
